This month at the Flower Challenge it's your turn to do some CASEing, this time of one of the Design Team's cards. You can pick whichever one you wish to CASE, just let us know in your post.
Here's my card for inspiration:
You might recognise those WPlus9 Doodle Buds. I coloured them up during the Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge and finally got round to making a card with them a few weeks ago to send to a crafty friend.
The flowers were all stamped onto Make It Colour card with Memento Tuxedo Black and then coloured with yellow and grey Copic markers. I then fussy cut them all out - I really do enjoy fussy cutting. So much so because I actually forgot I had the dies to go with them!
I die cut a stitched frame from some grey card stock and adhered it to my card base with foam pads. I then spent a considerable amount of time figuring out where to put the flowers. Once I was happy I took a picture on my phone - a good tip if you want to remember a layout - and then attached the flowers with glue dots so they wouldn't be fully stuck down but still give dimension.
I added a sentiment from my Many Mini Messages set onto some yellow card stock and adhered it with foam pads. Some sequins spread out across the card finished it off.
Here is a list of the supplies used on this card. I have signed up to affiliate links on some products (currently only Simon Says Stamp). If you purchase any item after clicking on an affiliate link, I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps in a small way to support the running of my blog and is very much appreciated, thank you!
So now it's up to you to try your hand at CASEing this card, or any of the other Design Team. As always you have until 25th to link it up. Have fun!

Yellow and gray is such a gorgeous colour combo and your card is amazing! Love it!
Glad Im not the only dag that does things like that. Forgetting to use the dies. I am so inlove with this card and plan to CAS it colours and all, actually I am going to totally copy it cause I cant think of anything to improve on it. Stunning, love the grey and yellow
Your card is so pretty, Ruth! Yellow and gray is a fabulous color combo! It's somehow cheerful and elegant at the same time :)! Btw I love your owl pot :)!!!
Oooooh this is so pretty Ruth! Firstly the design is fabulous, really like the cluster of blooms and leaves in that corner - it may have taken a while to group them but they look perfect! Secondly, I love the colour palette - yellow and grey with a little warm grey is beautiful. The stitched rectangle is the perfect frame to showcase them. Love it! And it makes me want to get the Doodle Buds out again..... xx
Ruth, your card is gorgeous!!!!
Love this pretty card Ruth! The design is fab and the colour combo is super too 😀 hugs Viv xx
Just love the grey with the yellow and your layout is so classy. Love how you've bunched the flowers all in one corner and left the frame empty except for a few pretty sequins x Thank you for the inspiration x
This colour combo is just fabulous and you've made another stunning card. Cara x
That is one totally stunning card!
Ruth, gray is such a fabulous color that goes beautifully with other softer colors, like this pretty yellow on your card.
Love the way you framed it, I've never thought of doing it this way so, off to Pinning because it's awesome.
Hugs,
Maria.
