Hi Everybody, I'm here as part of a hop to celebrate the launch of my crafty friend Steph's digital stamps. If you don't already know Steph, she writes her blog at Steph Made It For You and has a YouTube channel with lots of videos for you to watch.
You should have arrived here from Lisa, and if you want to start at the beginning of the hop, head to Steph's post. A list of everyone else in the hop is below.
Non English sentiments are hard to find, so Steph has decided it's time to make her own in French. I know there are some of you out there who will appreciate these :) There are three in all, and we're starting off with Joyeux Noel.
Aren't they nice and scripty? I thought they would be perfect for some tags, so I'm using my new MFT Blueprints 6 that I got in my October craft haul.
I started by downloading my stamp and resizing it so it would fit into the middle of the tag. I literally held up the tag to my computer screen to see when it would fit - it is that technical. I then printed them out onto some Neenah 110lb card stock as it is nice and thick and I wanted to Copic colour on the back.
I die cut the joyeux noel, and then the outline patterned paper and glued them together. I then printed out these cuties from JustMEdigitalstamps (@mom2sofia over on Instagram), cut them out for the back of the tag and coloured them in with Copic markers. I added a bit of Wink of Stella to the hats, but it doesn't show up so well.
A bit of silver thread and they hang very well from anywhere - perfect for trees, presents, you name it, hang 'em up!
Here is a list of the supplies I used on this card. I have signed up to affiliate links on some products (at present only through Simon Says Stamp). If you purchase any item after clicking on an affiliate link, I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps to support the cost of running my blog and is much appreciated :)
Steph's stamps are really reasonably priced and very versatile in what you can create with them. You can find them in her Etsy shop.
For a chance to win this JOYEUX NOEL digistamp, please leave a comment below and on the other posts in the hop by 31st October 23:59 (UK time) - the more you comment on the greater your chance of winning! Steph will announce the winners on her blog soon after.
Please hop along to my other crafty friends who also have lots of inspiration for what you can do with these stamps:

I love these tags, Ruth! Great idea with the sentiment on one side and the image on the other xx
Oh these are so fun! I love these tags! and the sentiment on one side, image on the other works so well. I may have to CASE. I love the technical way you line up the size of the image.... :), Lisa xx
Ruth your tags are brilliant! I love the facts that you ladies come up with designs i would never have thought of, that's great!
Printing on thicker paper is a good idea particularly to make to hang in the tree, I love the traditional choice of cardstock for these.
great idea to use someone else's digistamp for the back as well - BRING ON the digies ;) lol!!
Thank you very much for taking the time to take part to my blog hop! :-D :-D xx
So pretty tags Ruth! And I totally agree the font is so sweet & beautiful ❤️👍🏼
I love these tags, Ruth! I'm so glad to see you are using your new MFT dies, too! The images on the back are so cute - excellent job! :-)
Great tags!
Great use of these digis! Very cute.
What beautiful tags! I always run out of time making my xmas cards so don't get to makentags....but if I did have time......oh well.
These are just adorable and a great use of the sentiment.

Your ornaments are so sweet, Ruth!! What a great idea to design your own tree ornaments or make them as gifts! (Please don't include me in the draw as I don't do digi - still too much non-digi NBUS to start down the Digi Road, haha!) I hope you are doing well! Hugs, Darnell xxoo
